Our European Customer Visit Continues – Second Stop: Italy!

After a wonderful first stop in Poland, we have now arrived in Italy for the second leg of our European business tour. Over the past few days, we have had the great pleasure of visiting several of our valued customers who have purchased our 

laser cutting and welding equipment.

During these on-site visits, we were given the opportunity to tour their working environments and see firsthand how our machines are integrated into their daily production. We had in-depth technical discussions with their teams, addressing 

specific questions about machine performance, maintenance, and optimization. Most importantly, we listened carefully to their real-world user feedback – their insights are invaluable for our continuous improvement.

It's always a rewarding experience to connect with our users face-to-face, understand their challenges, and celebrate their successes with our products. We are deeply grateful for their trust and warm hospitality.
