The use of a swing-arm manipulator for loading effectively reduces operator labor intensity, boosts production efficiency, and eliminates safety hazards.

The vacuum suction frame utilizes four sets of CY-1500 series heavy-duty, oil-resistant sponge suction cups. Each set is equipped with an independent control valve, allowing individual cups to be activated or deactivated as needed to facilitate 

the handling of panels of various sizes and specifications.

The lifting motion of the manipulator's main arm is driven by a high-quality servo system, with adjustable lifting speeds.

The machine requires an indoor operating environment with a temperature range of -20°C to 45°C and relative humidity below 75%. The environment must be well-lit and free from flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases, as well as liquid 

splashes.
