The control box, gun head, wire feeder, and screen of the laser welding machine are a complete system. If you want to replace the system, you need to replace the entire set of control box, gun head, wire feeder, and screen.

II. Can customers extend the fiber optic cable of the machine themselves? How is the laser gun head connected to the fiber optic cable? If it breaks, can it be replaced by oneself?

Answer:

Fiber optic cables cannot be replaced by themselves, and generally cannot be repaired. Special machines are needed to melt the fiber optic cables for processing.

The fiber optic head (also known as the laser head) is integrated with the yellow fiber optic cable and laser generator, and is connected to the laser gun head. If the gun head is damaged, it can be replaced. But if the fiber optic head is damaged, it cannot be repaired and the generator needs to be replaced.

III. Will the surface color of metal darken and burn after laser treatment?

Answer:

Generally speaking, thick metal surfaces do not darken or burn during cleaning. For very thin materials, such as automotive sheet metal, it is necessary to choose low-power machines. In addition, to prevent issues such as metal thermal deformation and surface discoloration, water can be sprayed on the back of the metal in advance.

If the machine malfunctions, there will be a prompt on the display screen of the welding machine, and customers can also connect their mobile phones to check what faults have occurred with the laser.

V. Will the water in the welding machine's water cooler overheat? Is there overheating protection?

Answer:

Generally, water does not overheat. The water cooler is equipped with overheat protection, and when the water temperature overheats, the machine will sound an alarm and stop working.

VI. How to convert the dual wire feeding of the welding machine to a single wire feeding?

Answer:

Just replace the wire feeding bracket and nozzle of the wire feeder.
